Prices for IUI and for freezing eggs
For some couples, IUI is a simpler first step before IVF. Egg freezing is for women who wish to postpone pregnancy, for medical or personal reasons.

Egg collection day is a day off your feet for the wife. Book a night in Delhi rather than an evening train back to Lucknow.
What ICSI changes in the bill
ICSI adds ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 to a standard cycle. With ICSI, the embryologist places one sperm directly inside each mature egg, rather than leaving sperm and egg together in a dish.

IUI, IVF or ICSI: matching the treatment to the reports
Not every couple who asks about IVF needs it straight away. The tests you do in Lucknow point the doctor toward the right first step.
IUI places washed sperm in the uterus and costs ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per cycle. It may suit couples with open tubes and reasonable sperm counts. IVF is advised when tubes are blocked, egg reserve is low, or simpler treatment has not worked. ICSI is added when sperm quality is the main problem.

Planning leave around the egg collection week
The longest stay in Delhi falls at the end of stimulation. Ask the doctor for a likely week as soon as stimulation starts, and tell your office early.
The husband is needed in Delhi on egg collection day to give a semen sample, unless frozen sperm is being used. A few days later comes the embryo transfer. You can stay through, or go home in between on an overnight train.

It helps to agree on a budget that allows for a second try. The doctor explains your realistic chances after tests, because success depends mainly on age, egg reserve, sperm quality and embryo quality.
