When you fill in a form, we collect your name, mobile number, city and the treatment you are asking about. We also record which page the form or button was used on, and basic technical data such as your IP address, to prevent spam.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about the treatment you asked about and to arrange a consultation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other clinics or marketing companies.

Medical information

Please do not send medical reports through the website form. If you choose to share reports on WhatsApp, they are seen only by our clinical team for your care.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our records, and are deleted on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for us to contact you. Write to info@vinsfertility.in.
