From most Noida sectors the trip to our clinic takes 30 to 60 minutes by Delhi Metro or road. A conversation with our doctor can help you weigh a Noida clinic against a Delhi one before you commit.
Noida's entries on the national surrogacy registry are few. Zeeva Healthplus in Sector 63 appears twice, under two different registration numbers. Vrinda Clinic in Sector 22 appears once. All three numbers begin with UP/SC, the prefix for Uttar Pradesh.
That short list is why many Noida couples look across the border as well. Delhi has a much larger group of registered clinics, and the journey is short. Treatment in Delhi is allowed for a Noida couple; the law lets you choose any registered surrogacy clinic in India.

Why one Noida clinic is listed twice
The registry shows every registration as its own row. A clinic can hold more than one registration, for example after a renewal or for a separate unit. That is why Zeeva Healthplus appears twice with the same Sector 63 locality.
Two rows do not mean two separate clinics, and they are not a sign of a problem. If you consider this clinic, simply ask which registration number covers the unit where your treatment and the surrogate's care will take place.
Reading a UP/SC number
Each Noida number has three parts you can check. UP shows the registering state. SC marks a surrogacy clinic registration. The year and serial number that follow should match the clinic's printed certificate exactly.
If the numbers on a certificate and on the registry differ even slightly, ask the clinic to explain before you pay anything. A surrogacy registration is separate from ART registration. An IVF centre in Noida may hold ART registration only. That lets it offer IVF, but not surrogacy.
What the registry cannot tell you
A registry row confirms one thing: the clinic is allowed to carry out surrogacy. It says nothing about price, the doctor's experience or how clearly the clinic explains its estimate.
It also does not show the clinic's ART bank arrangements. If a medical board certifies a need for donor eggs or sperm, they must come through a registered ART bank. Ask which bank the clinic uses, and check that bank's registration too.
Finally, the list is a snapshot. Our check was made on 27 October 2026, and registrations can be added, renewed or lapse. Look at the live registry the week you decide.
Five questions for any clinic, Noida or Delhi
- Can I see your surrogacy registration certificate and your ART registration?
- Will one doctor plan and supervise the whole treatment?
- Does your written estimate show tests, medicines, insurance and legal work as separate lines?
- How many of the three permitted embryo transfers are included?
- Which hospital handles the surrogate's delivery, and what changes if she needs a caesarean?
Write the answers down as each clinic gives them. A clinic that hesitates on the first question has told you something important. Ask the same five questions everywhere. The answers make the clinics comparable, whichever side of the border they are on.
A Noida clinic or a short trip to Delhi
Distance matters on two days. On egg collection day the wife needs to get home and rest. The first consultation also runs longer than other visits. For everything else, the gap between a Noida clinic and a Delhi one is under an hour.
The choice of clinic and the choice of certificate route are separate. You apply for certificates in the state where you live or work, whichever clinic treats you. Your advocate confirms the right authority.
