Noida sits in Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Our clinic is a short distance away, across the border in Delhi. That one border raises two practical questions for Noida couples: does it change the price, and does it change the paperwork?
The price does not change. Medical work costs the same whether you live in Sector 62 or in South Delhi. Your extra spend is travel of 30 to 60 minutes each way by Delhi Metro or road, which keeps most visits to half a day.
The paperwork is a separate matter, covered further down this page. In short, the state you apply to depends on where you live or work, and your advocate confirms it before filing. Noida is also a city of large offices and long working days, so we have set out how the visits fit around an office week.
Surrogacy package for Noida couples, itemised
₹4–5 lakhSurrogacy treatment package

Your own figure depends on the patient's condition and medical history. Living in Uttar Pradesh changes your travel, never the medical price.

Couples from across NCR share their experience
-
After repeated implantation failure, Priyanka and Amit chose surrogacy. The embryo transfer was not rushed, and the surrogate's insurance was in place before treatment began.

Shalini and Deepak travelled from Kolkata to Delhi for treatment. One coordinator kept a single checklist for their travel, certificates, IVF and delivery, so they always knew the next step.

Home in Uttar Pradesh, clinic in Delhi: whose paperwork?
The law separates two things: where you are treated and where you apply for certificates. You can be treated at any registered surrogacy clinic in India. Your treatment location does not lock you into its state.
The certificate rule is different. Applications go to the District Medical Board in the state where the couple lives or works. The essentiality certificate comes from the appropriate authority over that board. A couple living in Noida and working in Delhi may have a choice here, so let your advocate decide which route fits your documents.
Each certificate is valid for one year, so agree the timing with your advocate early. The full sequence is on our process and certificates page.
Planning a half-day visit from Noida
Most trips from Noida are half a day, door to door. Here is how a typical one breaks down.
- Travel inAbout 30 to 60 minutes by Delhi Metro or car, depending on your sector and the hour.
- At the clinicUnder an hour for a scan or review. Two to three hours on egg collection day, including recovery.
- Travel backAnother 30 to 60 minutes. On egg collection day, go straight home rather than back to work.
If you drive, the route and parking at the Delhi end add time, so the metro is often the calmer option. Leaving before the morning peak makes the timing more predictable. Fixed-time procedure days are worth planning a day ahead.
Fitting treatment around office hours
Corporate schedules are the usual worry, and they are manageable. Most consultations and scans are short. Tell us your working hours when you book, and we try to offer slots around them.
The firm dates are egg collection and embryo transfer, which follow the treatment calendar. Mark those as soon as the doctor gives them. Only egg collection really needs the wife to take the full day off.
Routine blood tests can be done at a lab in Noida, before or after work. Send the report on WhatsApp and you save a trip across the border.
What the surrogate receives, and what she cannot
Altruistic surrogacy means the surrogate is not paid a fee. The intending couple pays her medical expenses and prescribed expenses, such as loss of wages. They also buy her an insurance policy that runs for 36 months.
Those are the only payments the law allows. Anything else, in cash or kind, counts as commercial surrogacy, which is a criminal offence. If anyone in Noida or elsewhere suggests an extra amount "for her family", decline it.
She must be an ever-married woman aged 25 to 35 with a child of her own. She can be a surrogate only once in her life, and she cannot give her own eggs.
Is surrogacy cheaper inside Noida?
Medical costs across Delhi NCR are broadly similar. What changes between clinics is what the quote includes. Check insurance for the surrogate, legal work, delivery and the number of embryo transfers covered.
A short metro ride is a small price for a better-fitting doctor or a clearer estimate, if that is what you find. Only a few clinics with a Noida address appear on the national registry. You can see them, with registration numbers, on our Noida surrogacy centre page. Compare their written estimates with ours line by line.
Who can use altruistic surrogacy
It is open to a legally married Indian couple, wife 23 to 50 and husband 26 to 55. A District Medical Board must certify the medical need. An Indian widow or divorcee aged 35 to 45 can also apply, using her own eggs with donor sperm. The detail is on the eligibility page.
