Surrogacy Centre in Hyderabad: 19 Govt-Registered Clinics (2026 List)

On 27 October 2026, the National ART & Surrogacy Registry list showed 19 registered surrogacy clinic entries with a Hyderabad or Secunderabad address. A few names repeat, because each branch that offers surrogacy holds its own registration. The table below gives the area and number for every entry, so you can verify each one yourself.

If you already hold quotes from Hyderabad clinics, our doctor can read your reports on WhatsApp and send a written Delhi estimate to set beside them. It costs you nothing to compare before you decide.

Hyderabad and Secunderabad together form one of the largest groups of registered surrogacy clinics in India. The entries reach from LB Nagar and Kothapet in the east to HITEC City, Madhapur, Kondapur and KPHB in the west. Banjara Hills alone accounts for six of them.

Two things make this list harder to read than most. First, the same company name can appear more than once, since every branch registers separately. Second, Telangana numbers come in two shapes: a short older form and a longer form that names a year and a district. Neither shape is better than the other. What matters is that the number you are shown matches a live entry on the national registry.

Families who chose to treat in Delhi

  • Shalini and Deepak travelled from Kolkata to Delhi for treatment. One coordinator kept a single checklist for their travel, certificates, IVF and delivery, so they always knew the next step.

  • Gurpreet and Mandeep came to Delhi from Chandigarh. They wanted a team that understood the Surrogacy Act, and careful screening of the surrogate and a complete legal file mattered most to them.

Decoding TS/SC numbers, short and long

Most entries above use a short form, such as TS/SC/047. Here TS stands for Telangana and SC marks a surrogacy clinic entry, followed by a serial number. A few short numbers drop the leading zero, so do not reject a clinic for that alone.

Newer entries are longer. Take TS/SC/2024/10978/SC/HYDERABAD/332 as an example. After the state and type come the year of registration, a reference number, the district and a serial.

The district part can surprise you. One KPHB entry names Medchal Malkajgiri rather than Hyderabad as its district. A registered surrogacy hospital in greater Hyderabad may therefore carry either district name.

The simplest test is to copy the number exactly as printed on the certificate. Then search for it on the registry list. If the name, locality and number all agree, the entry is the one you are looking at.

Turning a long list into a short one

  1. Start with the numberAsk the clinic for its surrogacy registration certificate and find the same number on the registry list.
  2. Check the branch, not the brandWhere a name repeats, confirm that the branch you will visit is the one holding the registration.
  3. Confirm ART registration tooA surrogacy clinic needs a separate surrogacy registration in addition to its ART registration. Ask to see both.
  4. Get the estimate in writingAn itemised written estimate is the only fair way to compare clinics. A verbal figure cannot be checked later.
  5. Count the transfersThe law allows up to three embryo transfer attempts with one surrogate. Ask how many the figure covers.

Questions worth asking any surrogacy clinic

These questions work in Hyderabad and in Delhi. A clinic that answers them clearly and on paper is usually easier to work with later.

  • Who plans the treatment, and will the same doctor stay with us throughout?
  • Which steps happen at your premises, and which at another hospital?
  • What insurance term for the surrogate is included, and is it the full 36 months?
  • Which costs are outside the quote, such as donor gametes, a caesarean or twins?
  • Who helps with the District Medical Board and appropriate authority applications?

Write the answers down for each clinic you visit. After two or three consultations, the notes make the differences much easier to see than memory does.

Our Hyderabad surrogacy cost page lists our own answers line by line.

When a Delhi clinic is worth a look from Hyderabad

With so many local choices, travelling may seem unnecessary. Some couples still want a second view, especially after an earlier IVF attempt did not work. Others prefer one doctor planning every step rather than a rotating team.

Delhi is about 2 hours 15 minutes away by air. Pre-treatment tests and early scans can be done in Hyderabad and shared on WhatsApp, so visits are kept for the steps that need the clinic. Before choosing anywhere, read the eligibility rules so you know the certificates you will need.

A first review costs you no travel. Send your AMH, scan and semen reports, along with any earlier IVF records, on WhatsApp. The doctor will say whether surrogacy looks medically indicated and what the next step would be, whichever city you finally choose.

Choosing a surrogacy centre in Hyderabad: questions

Why does Ferty9 appear three times on the Hyderabad list?

Its centres at LB Nagar, KPHB and Secunderabad each hold their own surrogacy registration, so each shows as a separate entry. Check the number for the branch you plan to visit.

What do the letters TS and SC mean in a registration number?

TS stands for Telangana. SC marks the entry as a surrogacy clinic registration. Longer numbers also show the year and district of registration.

Is a Secunderabad clinic counted as a Hyderabad surrogacy centre here?

Yes. We included entries whose registry address names Hyderabad or Secunderabad, since couples treat the twin cities as one area.

With so many Hyderabad entries, how do we pick a surrogacy clinic sensibly?

Verify the surrogacy registration on the registry, ask for an itemised written estimate, and compare the number of embryo transfers and the insurance term. Location and the doctor you will see come next.

Does every clinic offering IVF in Hyderabad also do surrogacy?

No. A clinic needs a surrogacy registration in addition to its ART registration. A clinic missing from the surrogacy list may still be registered for IVF only.

Can we keep our tests in Hyderabad but treat in Delhi?

Yes. Pre-treatment tests and early scans can be done at a Hyderabad lab and reviewed by our doctor on WhatsApp. Egg collection and the embryo transfer take place at our Delhi clinic.
